Jane’s corporate experience started as a Learning and Development specialist in the Leisure Industry. She has 30 years’ experience facilitating the design and delivery of learning interventions to support strategic and cultural change within organisations including leisure, retail, contract catering, education, health, construction and the third sector.
She is an accredited trainer for Mental Health First Aid programmes certified by MHFA England and has delivered training for over 1,000 people in a variety of workplace settings ranging from hospitals, financial institutions, police, housing associations, universities and construction companies; receiving excellent feedback and repeat invitations to deliver.
Kathryn England
Mental Health First Aid Instructor
Kathryn qualified and practiced as a Chartered Surveyor, where she discovered she was drawn to the development of others when the satisfaction of managing her team overtook that of managing a property portfolio! She since went to gain a Diploma in Coaching from the University of Warwick and a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University.
