Online mental health and wellbeing course for SME leaders and their teams

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought about a tidal wave of change and uncertainty for many of us in our working lives. Managing the impact on the mental health and wellbeing of ourselves and our employees is key to developing a workforce that is ready to overcome the challenges ahead.

Wellbeing 4 Performance has been commissioned by Cheshire West and Chester Council to provide local business leaders with a series of free online webinars to empower you with information and skills to help protect and develop your business and employees.

Our team of experts will be sharing expertise, tools, strategies and resources during the sessions. There will be an optional informal session for 20 minutes after the training for those who choose to stay online and chat to Julie Paterson and other local business leaders.
